Simplified Motel booking centre or Motel Reception desk have been grouped with client accounts into one screen that has descriptive tabs to change to the next task easier.

Suites Available Today.

Your unoccupied Motel suites, B&B rooms or Backpacker hostel beds today will be display on screen.

Selecting the suite automatically completes much of the booking process.

Available Suite beds and the number of adults and children details are displayed for the suite to enhance the booking process.

A quick client form is displayed if the client is new.

Arriving or Leaving today clients displayed on the main screen when clicked takes you to their account details.

Reservation Booking Motel Suites.

Use the Motel Reservations Booking screen to enter suites booked on future dates.

All suites available from today onwards are displayed on screen.

Changing the date-from and the date-to dates will change the display to show only the suites available between those dates.

Checking Out Clients.

Checking out a client is made easy with the check out screen.

All the occupied rooms are displayed in the Suite occupied list.

Select the suite or the Guest from the list.

The clients account details are updated and displayed on screen.

Client Account.

Tracks all the clients transactions that you enter from time to time.

Receive client payments, Cheque or Bank card.
